Janel Magnaye has Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources, and attended Erickson College for the Art and Science of Coaching, which is an ICF accredited coach training program. She is currently a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is working to complete the requirements for the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She supports women to build confidence on a daily basis, so they can achieve what’s important in their businesses and in life.

Krista Ho Lem has been a professional makeup artist, hair and fashion stylist for nearly a decade. She has worked for cosmetic icons such as MAC and Shiseido and now works mainly freelance doing make up for fashion print, runway, weddings and events as well as providing education to those interested in learning about make up and technique.
